When INTEGRAL initially viewed the fire damage, we discovered that the existing estimate of damage by the restoration contractor did not address the extent of the fire damage sufficiently. We revisited the site to complete a thorough examination of the fire damage. Since demolition had already commenced, our results that are outlined below were based upon observation as well as descriptions found in the scope completed by the restoration contractor.
